For pain management both over the counter medication Excedrin and Prescription opioid Tramadol is effective in medical science. Both the pills Excedrin and Tramadol are helpful for migraines, injuries, chronic conditions, or surgery. The combination might be safe, when you take the pills in separate times and you have no seizures in history. While taking  the pill avoid other caffeine intakes and take the doses as per doctors recommendation.
